Currently, the best bet is an alternative directory. The old trick to copy the files first to an own account seems to have stopped working. But the popularity of the mod and the restrictions of the free Google account often prevent the download. Zibo hosts the files on a Google Doc directory instead of using the file hosting on (see the announcement here). It is running the last profile that you activated. In the background, this configurator runs as a plugin and you'll see it under the plugins menu within X-Plane.
